Established in 1980 Redditch Doors and Windows recently celebrated 30 years of successful trading, Managing Director Mark Dyson attributes the company's success to the commitment and  dedication of his loyal staff many of whom have been working for the company since it started.

Technical and sales manager Gary Maglio recently celebrated 25 years with the company Gary who started working for the company as a Fabricator now runs the Sales Department and has a wealth of knowledge which he uses to good affect when visiting prospective customers.

Lorraine, Gary’s secretary, processes orders and is in charge of the CAD Drawing Department, set up to specify and design bespoke conservatories, the latest company software can superimpose a conservatory design onto a photograph of the customers home so that they can see the finished conservatory  even before its built!
